RHA Connect
Cloud Services
The RHA Connect app for both Android and iOS platforms uses several Firebase services by Google Inc. to improve and optimise the user experience and app performance and to provide firmware updates to our existing and upcoming audio consumer products.

We use the following Firebase services from Google Inc.:
Firebase Crashlytics
This is a crash reporting service to notify RHA about bugs and crashes that users might experience with our mobile apps. This information is used by RHA to expedite fixes of malfunctions in the app. For further details on data collection: https://firebase.google.com/terms/crashlytics
Cloud Storage for Firebase
We store all firmware update files for RHA products in Firebase Cloud storage buckets so our customers can upgrade their existing RHA products with the latest firmware.
Firebase Authentication
The app uses Firebase Anonymous authentication service to authenticate users so that can securely download new firmware updates from Firebase Cloud storage buckets.
Google Analytics for Firebase
This service allows us to measure how you use the app. We use this information to get a better sense of how our user's interact with the app so we can improve existing user experience and overall design of the app.For app-instance identifiers, we use the Vendor Identifier for iOS apps and Android ID (SSAID) for Android apps. Find My Feature
The Find My feature is optional and requests your permission to get the last good location of your device to assist you to locate a missing pair of headphones or earbuds that was last connected to your device. Device location is only collected while the app is running and the location record is stored inside the application’s sandbox on your device and used by the app only to assist you to locate a missing RHA product. Location data is only gathered when the RHA Connect app is running and connected to the RHA product using Bluetooth Low Energy connection. The location data is never shared outside of the app or with third parties.
