RHA product warranty
RHA products are designed and engineered to deliver the highest standard of build and audio quality. Each feature, detail and component is the result of extensive research and an uncompromising commitment to quality and durability, which is why we offer a three year warranty on our products.
Dependent on model, a three year warranty may be provided as standard. However for some models, the purchase must be validated via registering the product online to ensure full three year warranty coverage. The table below indicates which products must be registered to activate three year warranty. For warranty term of any product not listed, please see Warranty Terms & Conditions.

RHA warranty is valid from date of purchase. It is complementary to any national or regional law obligations of dealers or national distributors. RHA’s warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Important: accidental damage and faults resulting from improper use (e.g. operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage) are not covered by the RHA warranty.

RHA's warranty coverage does not include third party accessories, including any Comply™ tips supplied with RHA products. Comply advise that "Lifespan depends on use. Typically, average use is about 2-4 months per pair of tips." Click here to read more on the Comply website.
