All orders placed for delivery in Europe are dispatched from our office in Glasgow, UK. Orders placed by 14:00 (UTC) Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 14:00 (UTC) will be dispatched the next working day.

Free on all orders over €24.95, for orders below this value there is a €3.95 delivery charge. Dispatched via Royal Mail International. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 business days and may use international partners to deliver mail within your country. You can find Royal Mail's international partners in your country here.

Yes, if your delivery hasn't yet been dispatched then our team would be happy to change your delivery address. Please use our support form but hurry, we usually dispatch orders within 24-hours!

Despite Royal Mail's goal to deliver international mail within 3-5 business days, occasionally it can take a little longer. If your order still hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please contact our customer care team.

Should there be an issue with your delivery then please contact us immediately and we will resolve it for you.
