Delivery Information


We deliver to many countries, the information on this page is specific to customers ordering for delivery within Europe.  For international delivery information please visit the applicable site using the country selector on the right-hand side of our page footer.

All orders placed from within Europe are dispatched from our office in Glasgow, UK.  Orders placed by 14:00 (BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day.  Orders placed after 14:00 (BST) or on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer two delivery methods on orders from within Europe:

Standard Delivery

Free on all orders over €24.95.  For orders below this value there is a €0.95 delivery charge.

Dispatched via Royal Mail International.  Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 business days and may use international partners to deliver mail within your country. You can find Royal Mail's international partners in your country using the link.

UPS Delivery

Available on all orders with a delivery fee of €7.95.

Dispatched via UPS Express, delivery is next working day with tracking details available upon request from our Customer Care team.




Delivery FAQs


Yes, if your delivery hasn't yet been dispatched then our team would be happy to change your delivery address.  Please use our support form but hurry, we usually dispatch orders within 24-hours!

Despite Royal Mail's goal to deliver international mail within 3-5 business days, occasionally it can take a little longer.  If your order still hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please contact our customer care team.

For UPS deliveries please use the tracking code to check the status of your delivery.  If there is an error or the information provided by UPS isn't sufficient, we recommend contacting UPS directly for a direct response.  Should there be an issue with your delivery then please contact us immediately and we will resolve it for you.

Once your order has been process you will receive an email from UPS containing your tracking details.  You can track your UPS order here.

If you do not receive an email from UPS then please check the junk folder within your email account before contacting us.
