RHA advertising & marketing messages
RHA engage in online advertising to keep our users up to date on news and to help find the right products.
We target banners and ads to users when visiting other websites and apps. RHA use a range of digital marketing networks and advertising such as:
· web beacons
· ad tags
· custom audience services
· other specific services offered
RHA banners and ads are based on anonymised information we hold about users, their previous use on the RHA website or if a user has clicked on one of our banners or ads.
RHA does perform contextual prospecting which uses anonymous data and not the user’s details. A user is targeted by environment, not by user specific details i.e. not by using cookies to target an ad to a specific user, but targeting relevant content instead.
When a user/customer decides to opt-in to our email newsletter, RHA will use the email address to send information on news, launches and other relevant additional information. RHA will not sell or give out this information to any third-party platforms.
If a user has explicitly approved receipt of RHA’s marketing messages, they will receive a newsletter to help keep them up to date with any business or product news (i.e. launches, sales etc.). A user can stop receiving these marketing emails at any time by unsubscribing.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data: We may aggregate and/or anonymize any information collected through the Services so that such information can no longer be linked to a user or their device (“Aggregate/Anonymous Information”). RHA may use Aggregate/Anonymous Information for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with any third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors.
If you are interested in more information about tailored browser advertising and how you can generally control cookies from being put on your computer to deliver tailored advertising, you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link, or Your Online Choices to opt-out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in those programs.
To opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising or customize Google display network ads, visit the Google Ads Settings page. RHA do not control these opt-out links or whether any particular company chooses to participate in these opt-out programs. We are not responsible for any choices a user makes using these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms.
Please note that if a user exercises the opt out choices above, the user will still see advertising when they use the Services, but it will not be tailored to the user based on the user’s online behaviour over time.
RHA also use third-party analytical services to collect and analyse usage information through cookies and similar tools (as above). We use this information to engage in auditing, research or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to users. To prevent Google Analytics from using information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
RHA uses social media in accordance to each network’s privacy policies and details of private interactions on social media will not be shared without prior express consent from the individuals whose details are being requested.
As third-party platforms, individuals and brands interacting with RHA via social media maintain responsibility for abiding with platform guidelines and the views expressed by individuals (whether internally or externally) on social media do not represent RHA as a company.
